Location: Mexico

Raw material: Iron ore

Capacity: 200tph

Equipment list: ZW1150 Vibrating feeder, PE870*1060 Jaw crusher, LMC1650C Cone crusher, LMC1300 Cone crusher, 2YKJ2570 Vibrating screen, Conveyor belts.

Technical Process and Advantage:

1.Primary Vibrating feeder with grids to separate small size raw material stone directly down-discharge into the belt conveyor and transferred to the middle hopper, with the big size directly fed into jaw crusher 
2.Middle hopper stocking crushed stone in a big pile, then evenly feed the stone into cone crusher 
3.With the evenly feeding, so the cone crusher can crush the stone in full chamber for best highest efficiency. 
4.The Screen are set with 2sets 2layers, the sieving effect and efficiency can be the perfect one client can get.
